I don’t know if you are like me but I use my air fryer nearly daily, so it just makes sense to make an air fryer meal plan.

Why should you create an air fryer meal plan?
In my opinion, it’s all about streamlining your life and meal planning is a great way to do that. If you plan out your meals it takes the ‘what’s for dinner’ out of your life. Because…YOU ALREADY KNOW! Isn’t that a nice feeling?
Of course, sometimes it needs to be adapted as things come up, but it makes planning out your meals and your grocery list so much easier.
I recommend using a planner such as the one below to keep things together and then you can simply take it with you to the store or use grocery pick up, my personal favorite, to grab all your groceries.
If you do not need all air fryer recipes for your meal plan, simply add a few of these to your traditional meal plan. It’ll help you find the air fryer recipes that you are looking for and start to branch out from the traditional uses of an air fryer.
