Tips for Making this Juicy Pork Tenderloin recipe:

The pork tenderloin we purchased came with two cuts of pork, these can both be placed in the air fryer or cooked in batches if needed. The pork tenderloin will be seasoned with the seasonings of choice, then placed in the air fryer basket. Always use a good coat of olive oil spray to add some moisture to the pork loin.
Once in the air fryer basket, the pork loin will cook at 390 degrees F for up to 25 minutes or until the internal temp reaches at least 145 degrees F. This can be checked with an instant-read thermometer. This will be considered done.
- Use a meat thermometer – Always use a meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature.
- Do not skip the rest time – Allow the pork to rest for about 5 minutes before serving, this allows the juices to fully lock into the pork and keep it juicy.
- Trim any silver skin – Be sure to trim the pork and remove any silver skin if it’s not already trimmed before seasoning.
Can you air fry frozen pork tenderloin?

The pork should be thawed before cooking, if you do cook from a frozen state, then it will take much longer and require more browning before it’s complete. It’s best to remove the pork from the freezer and let it thaw first.
Storage for leftover pork tenderloin:

Once fully cooled, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. When ready to reheat, remove from the refrigerator, and heat on a microwave-safe plate for 1-2 minutes or in the air fryer at 320 degrees F for 3-4 minutes.

Once the pork is complete, slice it with a sharp knife and serve it with your favorite side dishes. This is wonderful served with green beans and roasted potatoes. We love to add gravy to ours, but it is juicy enough to serve without gravy, too.
