Tips for Making Air Fryer Ranch Breaded Chicken Tenders:
Remember this recipe does not use breadcrumbs or eggs, this recipe is a lightly seasoned chicken tender keeping them relatively low-carb too. The main ingredients are flour and a ranch packet.
It’s best to start with 1/2 cup of flour, then add more as needed. The amount will vary on the size of chicken tenderloins that are used.
Heavy amounts of oil are not needed; however, an oil spray will be needed to get the golden brown crispy exterior. This can be done by using olive oil cooking spray or grapeseed oil cooking spray. Only a light coat of either spray will be needed. If the chicken tenders look floury, give them a coat of spray to brown.
The internal temperature of the chicken tenders should be at least 165 degrees F and can easily be checked with a meat thermometer. It is very important to have a meat thermometer on hand as all air fryers heat differently.
Be sure to keep some room on the sides of the chicken in the air fryer basket so that they evenly cook. Do not overfill the basket, cook in batches if needed.
Best Dipping Sauces:

- Homemade Ranch Dressing
- Honey Mustard
- Barbecue Sauce
- Buffalo Sauce
- Ketchup
- Hot Mustard
What are the best sides to serve this recipe with?
This recipe is served best with Homemade French Fries, Tater Tots, Sweet Potato Fries, or Onion Rings.

I followed recipe to the t but it took a lot longer to get that golden brown texture but cooking so long dried the meat out.

Did you use oil spray? You will want to have that on hand to spray the chicken to get the golden brown color.
