These Air Fryer Pizza Pockets are so easy and ready to eat in just about 10 minutes!
Once we made these Air Fryer Cheeseburger Pockets, my kids suggested we make some Pizza Pockets too, which happened to be a great idea!
These are essentially made the same but with pizza toppings instead and you can use whatever toppings you prefer for yours too. I love to use recipes like this to help the kids learn how to cook, it’s an easy one to teach the kids to make.

Tips for Making Air Fryer Pizza Pockets:
These work the best if you flip them about halfway through the cooking time. It’s also important to note that all air fryers heat differently, which means what works for mine, may not be the same cooking time for yours.
That’s the downside of air fryer recipes, trying to figure out the heat that each one puts off. I have found it’s best to start with 8 minutes total and go up from there to 10 minutes. If needed, you can also cut them in half to get the inside fully cooked.
Another tip for this recipe is that you will use 2 biscuits for 1 pocket. That means a can of 8 biscuits, will make 4. I like to use the larger biscuits such as the Pillsbury Grands biscuits.
The biscuits will be flattened out and you will use 2 of them for 1 pocket. They may separate a bit during cooking, but I try my best to get them sealed well with the end of a fork.
Now, let’s enjoy lunch!

Easy Air Fryer Pizza Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits 8 Count
- Pizza Sauce
- Pepperoni
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Take the biscuits from the can and flatten the biscuit (dough) with your hand or a roller to make them thin.
- Add a little bit of pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese to each of the flattened biscuits, leaving a little bit of room on the side to seal it.
- Use another biscuit without toppings and place it on top, full the dough to fully fit and form the pocket.
- Use a fork to seal the sides by pushing it down around the edges.
- Place each pocket in a greased air fryer, as many as will fit, mine usually fits two.
- Spray the top of the pockets with olive oil cooking spray and add a dash of garlic salt.
- Cook at 360*F using the air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
- Once it goes off, carefully turn over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the opposite side.
- They should be nice and brown when done, serve.
- If you prefer you can cut them open to get the inside cooked a bit more if needed.
