Ingredients
1Can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits8 Count
1/2CupPizza Sauce, Divided
1/2CupShredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
8SlicesPepperoni
1tspGarlic Salt
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
Take the biscuits from the can and flatten the biscuit (dough) with your hand or a roller to make them thin.
Add 1/8 cup pizza sauce to 4 of the biscuits (1/8 cup to each biscuit, 1/2 cup of sauce used), 1/8 cup shredded cheese to those same 4 biscuits, and 2 slices of pepperoni to the 4 biscuits. Leaving a little bit of room on the side to seal it.
Use another biscuit without toppings, place it on top, and pull the dough to fully fit and form the pocket.
Use a fork to seal the sides by pushing it down around the edges.
Place each pocket in a greased air fryer, as many as will fit, mine usually fits two.
Spray the top of the pockets with olive oil cooking spray and add a dash of garlic salt.
Air Fry at 360°F using the air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
After 4 minutes, carefully turn the pockets over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the opposite side.
They should be nice and brown when done, serve.
If you prefer you can cut them open to get the inside cooked a bit more if needed.
Notes
If you prefer other toppings, use any pizza toppings that you prefer. Both the shredded cheese and pizza sauce will be 1/2 cup, but divided into 4 biscuits using 1/8 cup each.
