Enjoy easy crisp broccoli with this Air Fryer Broccoli in just 10 minutes!
If you enjoy these Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, then you will love this Air Fryer Broccoli.
This recipe is for all of those that love crispy, roasted vegetables. My husband prefers steamed vegetables, so if you are more of a steamed vegetable person, this is probably not for you.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Broccoli:
This recipe only takes 10 minutes to cook and it comes out super crispy and roasted. It’s best to use some cooking oil spray to coat it with as well.
I normally use Pompeian’s Olive Oil Cooking Spray, but if you prefer a higher heat spray, use Coconut Oil Spray or Grapeseed Oil Spray.
One thing to remember with the air fryer is that a little oil spray is needed, not tons of oil but a nice coat.
This is also great to season with garlic salt or you can use a no-salt-added seasoning like garlic and herb seasoning. It gives a boost of flavor.
How do you roast broccoli in the air fryer?
Roasting broccoli is done simply by placing it inside and air frying it with a light coat of oil and seasoning. In this case, it’s best to air fry the broccoli for about 10 minutes at 360*F.
As always most air fryers all heat differently, so I suggest checking in on the broccoli after 5 minutes and giving it another coat of oil spray if needed too.
Can you cook frozen broccoli in the air fryer?
This can be made with either fresh or frozen, I’ve found the cook times are exactly the same either way. If needed though you can add a few additional minutes in the end as well, I have not found that to be necessary.
Can you make this in the Ninja Foodi?
Air Fryer Broccoli can easily be made in the Ninja Foodi as a Ninja Foodi Recipe, simply use the ‘air crisp’ function and follow all the same instructions.
Enjoy this tasty air-fried vegetable!
- 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
- Garlic Salt or Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Cooking Oil Spray (Olive Oil, Coconut, Grapeseed, Etc.)
- Coat the air fryer with a cooking oil spray of your choice. *See note
- Evenly place the broccoli in the air fryer.
- Coat again with spray and seasoning of choice.
- Air Fry at 360*F for 10 minutes, check on them and shake or stir after 5 minutes.
I use Pompeian Olive Oil Cooking Spray regularly without any issue; however, if you prefer a higher heat spray, use grapeseed, coconut, or avocado.
