These Air Fryer Hash Browns can actually be made right along with Air Fried Eggs, all in one with your air fryer!
Tips for Making Air Fryer Hash Browns:
This method is done using frozen hash brown patties, I was able to pick these up at Aldi but they taste just like the hash browns you would purchase at your local McDonald’s. The best part is now you can make some similar right at home.
It’s best to only make the amount you need, so if you only need 2, just make 2, they are best eaten right out of the air fryer nice and warm. They do not have that same great taste when reheated again, in my opinion.
The temperature and time will stay the same regardless of how many you choose to cook at one time.
It’s also best to use a cooking oil spray to give them a nice coat of oil before air frying them, not a lot of oil just a light coat.
Where can you find Frozen Hash Brown Patties?
Frozen hash brown patties are in the supermarket’s frozen foods section typically with the breakfast foods. We pick these up at our local Aldi with their frozen breakfast items.
How long do you cook Frozen Hash Browns in the Air Fryer?
These can be cooked in the Air Fryer at 390*F for 5 minutes, adding an additional 3 minutes if needed to get up to that nice brown texture.
Remember that all air fryers heat differently, so it may need more or less time depending on how much heat your air fryer puts off.
These are a great addition to your morning breakfast!
