In just a few minutes make these easy Air Fried Eggs for breakfast!

Air Fried Eggs are so easy to make in the Air Fryer, another way to make a quick and easy meal just with your air fryer.

Air Fried Eggs

These eggs only took about 6 minutes in our air fryer, it’s very similar to these Sheet Pan Eggs, only this time using the air fryer.

If you need 12 eggs, by all means, go with the sheet pan method, if you only need 2-4, the air fryer is the best choice.

Tips for making Air Fried Eggs:

Air Fried Eggs

It’s best to use aluminum foil in the air fryer to make these.  We curled the foil on the side to hold the eggs in place and to still allow the air to circulate in the air fryer.

Think of it like ‘tenting’ the foil or making a little ‘pan’ out of foil.

Once we had this down, we simply cracked the egg on the foil.  I did 2 at a time, but you can do up to 4 or more depending on the size of the air fryer.

These will then be air fried at 390*F for about 6 minutes, the first time you make them I would keep a close eye because you will want to cook them until your desired doneness.

Also, air fryers heat differently, so you may need to go up to 8 minutes.

We like ours a little runny in the middle, so 6 minutes was perfect for us.

Once they are done, just use a spatula to scoop them right off the foil, and then you can cook more if you would like.  Remember to always spray the foil with olive oil cooking spray in between each time you cook to avoid the eggs sticking.

These Air Fried Eggs pair wonderfully with Air Fryer Bacon or Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls

It also ends up being a great way for the kids to learn to cook eggs too!

Didn’t work. Eggs were really overdone. I’ll try a lower heat for less time next time.
