Make these tasty Air Fried Bananas in just 8 minutes, topped with some cinnamon!
Air Fried Bananas still give you that sweet and gooey taste without the oil, plus they are ready to eat in just a few minutes in the Air Fryer.

These are also super easy to make in the Ninja Foodi using the Air Crisp Function.
Tips for Making Air Fried Bananas:
The most important thing to remember when making these is that all air fryers heat differently. It’s extremely hard to give set times because it all depends on how much heat your machine puts off.

So the biggest tip is to watch them closely the first time you make them. Ours were perfect in 8 minutes, but it’s best to check on them a few minutes before to be sure you do not overcook the bananas.
I prefer to cut these in half and then lengthwise. Then, it’s best to put them in one even layer in the basket of the air fryer or Ninja foodi.

For even less mess, you can use a few different things to cover the base of your basket. There is Air Fryer Parchment Paper as well as Silicone Air Fryer that fits well in the Ninja Foodi or the Air Fryer.
A little oil spray is a great option to use for these bananas. A few you could use would be grapeseed, coconut, or avocado. Find out more about the oil sprayers with this article.
What can you use Air Fried Bananas for?

These can be used to top over your favorite yogurt, sundae, or granola. A little bit of cinnamon over them makes them such a great sweet treat without all the calories!
They can also be served as is, which is actually the way I like them best!

These would be great in muffins as a sugar substitute. Added caramelization only enhances flavors. Great idea, I’m trying these tomorrow 😁
