Tips for Making Shrimp and Vegetables:

- The entire meal can be cooked together, but do not overcrowd the basket.
- If preferred use foil underneath to hold in the vegetables, if using foil leave room on the sides to let air circulate.
- When using foil, be sure to weigh it down with food before turning the air fryer on so that it does not blow into the heating element.
- This recipe uses raw shrimp for the best texture.
- Serve with white rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice.
- Frozen shrimp will work, but run under cold water first to release any ice.
Best Shrimp to use in the Air Fryer:

Air Fryer Shrimp and Vegetables uses raw, peeled, and deveined shrimp with the tail-off. This can be made with your desired preference of shrimp, just note if it’s precooked that it may cook a bit faster. It’s best to add in the vegetables first before adding the shrimp as the shrimp will be cooked faster than the vegetables.
How to store leftovers:

Once fully cooled, store the shrimp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, heat in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 3-4 minutes. Use a little bit of olive oil spray to restore texture if needed.

Do you use frozen shrimp and frozen vegetables? What if you want to use fresh vegetables? or thawed shrimp? Do you add them separately-and how are the times of temp different? Thanks. I am new to the air fryer so very much a beginner re. the little details! Your recipes look great!

I’ve made it both ways and really have only had to add on maybe 5 minutes. I’d check on it about halfway and then add additional time if needed.
