Ingredients
  

  • Small, Raw Shrimp Peeled & Deveined Regular Size Bag about 50-80 Small Shrimp
  • 1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp Gluten Free Cajun Seasoning
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Cooked Rice

Instructions
 

  • If shrimp is frozen, run under cold water before adding to the air fryer.
  • If preferred, use foil on the bottom of the air fryer, coat with olive oil spray.
  • Add vegetables, then raw shrimp on top.
  • Top the mixture with Cajun seasoning and spray with an even coat of spray.
  • Air Fry at 360°F for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully open and mix up the shrimp and vegetables.
  • Continue cooking at 360°F for an additional 10 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked through.
  • Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

If using pre-cooked shrimp, start the vegetables first and add in the shrimp about halfway through the cooking time.
