Right along with Air Fryer Roasted Okra, my next favorite vegetable to make in the Air Fryer is this Air Fryer Corn on the Cob. It has the perfect crunchy taste and texture, similar to being cooked out on the grill but it’s not!

This corn recipe is easy to make in just 10 minutes, it’s a great side dish for just about any dinner. My favorite time to make this is in the summer when fresh sweet corn is in season.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Corn on the Cob:
This cooks best out of the husk, so go ahead and remove the husk and trim the ends if you prefer as well before putting the corn into the air fryer.
Remember that all air fryers heat differently, for my Ninja Foodi Air Fryer, this took 10 minutes. I’d suggest checking on it about halfway through cook time to be sure it’s cooking up nicely and not overcooking.
We felt like this was the perfect mix of crunchy and soft, it had a great texture and sweet taste too.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 3 Corn Cobs Trimmed
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Garlic Salt
Instructions
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
- Spray the corn cobs evenly with olive oil and add garlic salt.
- Place in the air fryer.
- Air Fry at 355*F for 5 minutes, carefully rotate the corn and air fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until slightly browned/roasted.
- Carefully remove and serve.
