Ingredients for Air Fryer Corn on the Cob:
- Corn on the Cob (Mini Corn on the Cobs or Large)
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray (For the crispy, browned texture)
- Garlic Salt (or Kosher Salt to taste!)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Prep the corn first if not already done, remove all the husks and silks. If needed, cut the corn cobs to fit your air fryer basket.
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
- Spray the corn cobs evenly with olive oil and add garlic salt.
- Place in the air fryer.
- Air Fry at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes, carefully rotate the corn and air fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until slightly roasted.
- Carefully remove and serve.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Corn on the Cob:

This cooks best out of the husk, so go ahead and remove the husk and trim the ends if you prefer as well before putting the corn into the air fryer.
Remember that all air fryers heat differently, for my Ninja Foodi Air Fryer, this took 10 minutes. I’d suggest checking on it about halfway through cook time to be sure it’s cooking up nicely and not overcooking.

- Do not overcook, watch them closely. They typically are completely done by 12 minutes, but remember all air fryers do heat differently, this is why it’s important to watch closely!
- If you’re meal prepping, you can easily air fry 4-6 ears of corn, then cut the kernels off and use them in a variety of salads and meals throughout the week.
- Use oil sprays like olive oil spray, avoid any aerosols like Pam, these will ruin your air fryer basket!
