Expert Tips for Making Air Fryer Chicken Breast:

- Leave Room – Make sure to leave room around the chicken so that the air will circulate it in the air fryer basket, this can be on one side or both sides. This means DO NOT overcrowd the basket. If you have more than what will fit in the basket, make it in batches.
- Use a Meat Thermometer – Make sure that you use a meat thermometer to monitor the chicken and reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Using a meat thermometer will ensure that the chicken is not overcooked.
- Cut or Pound Chicken if Needed – If the chicken breast you are using is exceptionally thick, it can be cut through the middle lengthwise or pounded to create more even cooking.

- Don’t Skimp on the Seasoning – Be sure to season it generously the seasoning is what gives it flavor, if preferred use a No-Salt Lemon Pepper such as Mrs. Dash No-Salt Lemon Pepper.
- Let the Chicken Rest – Before serving let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes, this allows the juices to fully soak through the chicken so that each cut is tender and juicy.
How do you store leftovers?

Once the chicken has fully cooled, the leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
When ready to reheat, place chicken in an air fryer at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes, or heat on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Reheating in the air fryer will give it the best texture.
