- Gluten-Free Panko Breadcrumbs or Regular Panko Breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Dried Rosemary
- Garlic Powder
- Garlic Salt
- Dried Parsley
- Eggs
Tips for Making Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders:

- Use Olive Oil Spray or Grapeseed Oil Spray if needed – Use a nice coat of olive oil spray or grapeseed oil spray to get the golden coating. This is just a light coat of spray.
- Cook in batches if needed – Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, keep room around the sides for air to circulate and cook in batches if needed.

- Mix it up – If you want to add spice, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
- Add dipping sauce – Pair with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Choose your machine – This recipe can be made in an Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi. It can also be made using the air fryer function of an oven.

How to store leftovers?

Once fully cooled, refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Gluten-Free Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 3/4 Cup Gluten-Free Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
- 2 Eggs
- Dried Parsley to Garnish
- Olive Oil Spray or Grapeseed Oil Spray
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- In another shallow bowl, add in the eggs and whisk together well.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg mixture, shaking off any excess, and then into the bread crumb mixture.
- Shake off the excess.
- Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket.
- Spray evenly with olive oil spray.
- Cook in the air fryer at 390ยฐF for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165ยฐF. If preferred you can flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
