Ingredients
8Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
3/4CupGluten-Free Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4CupGrated Parmesan Cheese
1/2TspDried Rosemary
1/2TspGarlic Powder
1/4TspGarlic Salt
1TspDried Parsley
2Eggs
Dried Parsley to Garnish
Olive Oil Spray or Grapeseed Oil Spray
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
In another shallow bowl, add in the eggs and whisk together well.
Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray.
Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg mixture, shaking off any excess, and then into the bread crumb mixture.
Shake off the excess.
Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket.
Spray evenly with olive oil spray.
Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. If preferred you can flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
This can be made with gluten-free or regular bread crumbs.
