Ingredients
  

  • 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 3/4 Cup Gluten-Free Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dried Parsley to Garnish
  • Olive Oil Spray or Grapeseed Oil Spray

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. 
  • In another shallow bowl, add in the eggs and whisk together well.
  • Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray.
  • Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg mixture, shaking off any excess, and then into the bread crumb mixture.
  • Shake off the excess.
  • Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray evenly with olive oil spray.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. If preferred you can flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

This can be made with gluten-free or regular bread crumbs.
