How do you make Gluten-Free Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread?

If you would like to make this bread gluten-free, it takes one swap: use gluten-free all-purpose flour. This needs to be a 1:1 ratio with regular flour, meaning itโs an even swap.
We typically use Gluten-Free King Arthur All-Purpose Flour or Better Batter; however, Cup 4 Cup or Bobโs Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour will work wonderfully as well.
This is the only swap needed; however, always be sure to check all labels before proceeding.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread:

When mixing, it’s best to use a Danish Dough Whisk or Stand Mixer, but DO NOT overmix, that would make for a tough loaf. Just lightly mix until the ingredients come together and form the dough.
Itโs best to use two bread pans for this recipe that are 8ร4 in size; however, you must be sure that the pans fit in your Air Fryer.
We used the Fat Daddioโs Bread Pan that is found at your local Michaels.
Remember that all air fryers heat differently, so if the bread is browning too fast, you can add aluminum foil on top, but be sure that it is secure and is not moving around in the air fryer.

If 2 pans at the same time do not fit in your air fryer, then make these in batches. I did that with my Ninja Air Fryer, and it worked perfectly.
It is also important not to put all the batter into one pan, even though it can be tempting. If you fill the pans more than about an inch or so, then they will not cook all the way through, so the batter does need to be placed in 2 pans, or you can also use a 6-cup bundt pan if it will fit into your machine.

Itโs always best to check in on the bread the first time that you make this recipe to be sure it is not cooking too quickly. This can also be made in the Ninja Foodi as well. Use this Ninja Foodi Pumpkin Bread Recipe.
How do you store Gluten-Free Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread?
This bread can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. It will stay moist due to the pumpkin that is used in the recipe.
It can be eaten at room temperature or warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds.

We make this every year and the air fryer just makes it so great for smaller batches!

I just made this in my air fryer delicious. It did take longer to cook, and as it was getting a little brownie on top than I like, I put a piece of foil over the top, which allowed it to continue to cook, but not to get brown than it was, I also added pecans to mine Delicious. I will not. Hesitate to make this again thank you for a wonderful recipe
