Ingredients
1/2CupPumpkin Puree
2LargeEggs
1/3CupVegetable Oil
1/4CupWater
1CupGranulated Sugar
1 1/3CupGluten-Free or Regular All-Purpose Flour
3/4TspBaking Soda
1/4TspSalt
1/3TspGround Cinnamon
2TspPumpkin Pie Spice
Powdered Sugar for Dusting
Instructions
Butter or Spray with non-stick baking spray, 2 mini bread loaf pans about 8x4 inches, these will need to fit your air fryer and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water.
Using a stand mixer or Danish dough whisk, whisk in the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour into the 2 bread loaf pans, about an inch of batter in each pan.
Air Fry at 310°F for 20 minutes.
Use a toothpick in the deepest part and poke the bread, if it comes out clean then the bread is ready, if not continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes in the pan and then remove from the air fryer.
Transfer the bread to a cooling rack to fully cool.

Notes
This can be made with additional spices like ground nutmeg.It can also be made gluten-free with gluten-free all-purpose flour or made gluten-filled with regular all-purpose flour.
