Gluten-Free Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/3 Cup Gluten-Free or Regular All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Powdered Sugar for Dusting

Instructions
 

  • Butter or Spray with non-stick baking spray, 2 mini bread loaf pans about 8x4 inches, these will need to fit your air fryer and set aside.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water.
  • Using a stand mixer or Danish dough whisk, whisk in the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Pour into the 2 bread loaf pans, about an inch of batter in each pan.
  • Air Fry at 310°F for 20 minutes.
  • Use a toothpick in the deepest part and poke the bread, if it comes out clean then the bread is ready, if not continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes in the pan and then remove from the air fryer.
  • Transfer the bread to a cooling rack to fully cool.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

This can be made with additional spices like ground nutmeg.
It can also be made gluten-free with gluten-free all-purpose flour or made gluten-filled with regular all-purpose flour.
