How do you make Gluten-Free Air Fryer Orange Cranberry Bread?

If you would like to make this bread gluten-free, it takes one swap, use gluten-free all-purpose flour. This needs to be a 1:1 ratio with regular flour, meaning it’s an even swap.
We typically use Gluten-Free King Arthur All-Purpose Flour or Better Batter; however, Cup 4 Cup or Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour will work wonderfully as well.
This is the only swap needed; however, always be sure to check all labels before proceeding.
Tips for Making this Recipe:

When making this bread, use a whole orange and juice the orange, then zest the peel of the orange, this will be the ingredient needed for orange juice and orange zest.
It’s best to use two bread pans for this recipe that are 8×4 in size; however, you must be sure that the pans fit in your Air Fryer.

We used the Fat Daddio’s Bread Pan that is found at your local Michaels.
Remember that all air fryers do heat differently, so if the bread is browning too fast, you can add aluminum foil on top, but be sure that it is secure and is not moving around in the air fryer.

The cranberries can be chopped if you prefer to add smaller bites of cranberry.
It’s always best to check in on the bread the first time that you make this recipe to be sure it is not cooking too quickly. This can also be made in the Ninja Foodi using the Air Crisp Function.
Variations of Air Fryer Orange Cranberry Bread:

If you prefer, add an orange or brown sugar glaze to the top of the cooled Orange Cranberry Bread.
Optional Add-Ins – Chopped Nuts such as pecans or walnuts or additional flavors like vanilla extract or orange extract.
These are great additions that can be added to your Orange Cranberry Bread based on your preference.
How do you store the Air Fryer Orange Cranberry Bread?
Once the bread has fully cooled, place it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
The bread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

For baking, should the bread pans be placed directly on the bottom of the air fryer? I am new to using the equipment
Kristy says
I place it in my air fryer basket, so make sure the pans fit your basket.
