What pan should you use for the Air Fryer Spinach Dip?
Possibly the most important step to making this spinach dip is to find the perfect pan that will fit your air fryer basket.
I typically use my Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan or a 7-inch Springform pan. Either of these will fit the Ninja Foodi well, but if you are not using a Ninja Foodi, then you must find an oven-safe pan or baking dish that fits your basket.
The size of the pan will depend on whether you have a smaller air fryer or a larger air fryer. I have found the 7-inch springform pan is very versatile and seems to fit many air fryer machines.
If you want a prettier dish, then you can use an oven-safe baking dish or casserole dish, again it just needs to fit the basket of the air fryer.
Tips for Making Spinach Dip:
Air Fryer Spinach Artichoke Dip combines artichokes with a variety of cheeses to make a creamy party dip.
The first step will be using the food processor along with the artichoke hearts and fresh spinach to pulse to get to a finely chopped consistency.
Once this is chopped add the chopped spinach and artichokes to a medium bowl along with grated parmesan cheese, real mayonnaise, sour cream, full fat cream cheese or reduced-fat cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, crushed garlic, and dried parsley.
All of these ingredients will need to be combined well to make a whole batch of dip. Once you have it combined, evenly spread the dip into the pan that you have chosen and place the pan into the air fryer basket.
If you are using a Ninja Foodi, the pan can be placed on the wire rack and then into the pot of the Ninja Foodi.
Once you place it into the air fryer, then you will cook it at 360 degrees F for about 12 minutes or until it’s nice and crispy, golden brown on top, and melted inside.
Variations of Spinach Dip:
When the dip is ready to serve, you can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to make it spicy if you prefer or a little extra parsley on top to serve too.
As mentioned above this party dip can be served with a variety of chips or vegetables such as raw cauliflower, cucumber slices, carrots, cheese crisps, pita chips, and more!
How do you store Cheesy Spinach Dip?
The spinach dip can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes in a microwave-safe dish.
This is the perfect recipe to serve on a game day or for a party, a great simple recipe to add to your list of air fryer recipes!
