What crescent rolls should you use for the Air Fryer?
The crescent rolls DO MATTER and off-brands are not the same as the real deal, so I highly suggest Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.
This would be the canned crescent roll dough from Pillsbury.
I have tried many different brands of crescent rolls and the ones that hold together the best in the Air Fryer are the rolls from Pillsbury.
They are thicker than the off-brands which means you can fully wrap the ingredients that you have inside of them without having holes or thin dough. That’s important when trying to get the best crescent roll.

How long do you cook Air Fryer Pillsbury Crescent Rolls?
From my experience, the vast majority of recipes with crescent rolls can be cooked for 8 minutes at 360*F.
If you go over this time frame and temperature, you will have burnt crescent rolls and no one wants that!
Remember to read each recipe carefully on the list as they are all made differently.
What can you make with Air Fryer Crescent Rolls?
Crescent Roll Dough is actually extremely versatile for a variety of recipes from sweet to savory.
If you are looking for a tasty dessert, you can easily add some sweet ingredients like cinnamon and sugar right inside the crescent roll.
If you want something more savory, you can add pizza ingredients inside or even some little smokies to make Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket.
Should you use a liner in your air fryer?
If you want to avoid mess, be sure to use a Silicone Liner in your Air Fryer. These go in the basket of the Air Fryer and they fit the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker too.
If you do not want to use a liner, you can also use grapeseed oil spray or foil too.
If you use foil be sure to roll up the sides so air still circulates.
Lastly, you can use parchment paper that is made for the Air Fryer too. There are a lot of choices of liners for the air fryer basket.

Ingredients
- 1 8- Count Crescent Rolls
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Roll the crescent rolls as instructed on the package.
- Coat the basket of the air fryer with olive oil cooking spray and place them in the basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 360*F for 8 minutes. (Check around 6 minutes if making these for the first time.)
- Remove and serve.
Six minutes at that is much too long… They were very dark 😕
