How do you make Air Fryer Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls?

The first step to making these egg rolls will be preparing the cheesesteak. This will be done in a two-part process, the first thing will be cooking the meat and vegetables.
Once the meat and vegetables are cooked, the egg rolls will be filled and placed back in the air fryer to get nice and crispy before serving.

The meat mixture will be added to the center of the egg roll wrapper along with half a slice of provolone, then it can be folded similarly to an envelope and wrapped up to be placed back in the air fryer basket.
Before cooking the egg rolls, it’s best to give them a nice coat of grapeseed oil spray which will allow them to get crispy.

Olive Oil Spray will work as well, but grapeseed oil spray has a higher smoke point so it’s the best choice.

The meat takes about 8 minutes to cook before being added to the egg roll wrapper. The egg rolls take just about 3-5 minutes to cook. These need to be watched closely as all air fryers tend to heat differently.
How do you store leftovers?

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
When ready to eat, they can be warmed up by reheating them in the air fryer at 340 degrees F for 2-3 minutes.
