Ingredients
11OzRibeye Steak (cut into thin slices)
1/2TspSalt
1/2TspGround Pepper
1/2TspGarlic Powder
1/2TspOnion Powder
1/2CupAny Color Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2CupSweet Onion (thinly sliced)
4SlicesProvolone Cheese
8Egg Roll Wrappers
Grapeseed Oil Spray
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the sliced ribeye steak with salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until the meat is well-coated.
Add the bell pepper and onions. Mix well.
Place the meat in the basket of the air fryer, Ninja Foodi, or Ninja Speedi.
Air Fry at 390°F for 7-8 minutes, stirring or shaking up about halfway through cooking time. Add grapeseed oil spray if needed.
During this time, prepare your egg roll wrappers, typically this will make about 8 egg rolls.
Once the meat is cooked, fill the center of the egg roll wrapper with a small amount of meat mixture along with 1/2 slice of provolone cheese.
Wrap the egg roll per the package instructions or similar to an envelope fold.
Add the egg rolls to the basket of the air fryer, seam side down, typically 2-4 will fit, leaving room on each side.
Coat the egg rolls with grapeseed oil spray.
Air Fry at 390°F for 2-3 minutes on each side, carefully watch the egg rolls as all air fryers heat differently so they may cook faster than you realize since the air fryer is already heated from the meat.
Carefully remove and serve, and complete additional batches if necessary.
Notes
These can be reheated in the air fryer at 340 degrees F for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.
