Tips for Making Air Fryer Salmon Bites:

- Choose FRESH Salmon – While you can use fresh or frozen salmon that has been thawed, fresh will have the best flavor and texture.
- Skin or Skinless – The skin can either be removed or left on, it’s going to cook just as well with it on or off, we did not find any difference between leaving it on or removing it. This will be totally up to your preference. Many times when slicing the salmon into cubes the skin will naturally fall off.

- Do not overcook – The salmon will cook fast so it is imperative to keep a meat thermometer on hand and to watch the salmon closely. The internal temperature needs to be 145 degrees F to be considered done.
- Shake the Basket – Halfway through cook time either shake the basket lightly to turn the salmon or use a spoon and mix up the salmon to get it evenly cooked on all sides.
- Use oil sprays – Use olive oil spray or grapeseed oil spray to revive the salmon bites while cooking if needed or if they look dry.
How to store leftover salmon bites?

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to reheat, heat in the air fryer at 330 degrees F for 3-4 minutes. It’s best to add a spritz of oil spray to your salmon when reheating to revive the texture.
Air Fryer Salmon Bites are the perfect choice for a quick snack that is protein-packed and easy to pair with a variety of vegetables and cheeses.
