Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Fresh or Thawed Salmon (Cut into 1-inch Cubes) See Note
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Grapeseed Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut the salmon if needed into 1-inch cubes and place into a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
  • Toss the salmon with the olive oil and seasonings to coat.
  • Carefully place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, do not overcrowd and cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. The internal temperature should be at least 145°F to be considered done.
  • Repeat steps for additional batches.

Notes

The skin can be left on or cut off the salmon, it's up to your personal preference. It will taste and cook fine either way.
Thawed salmon will work for this recipe, fresh has a better texture though.
