Air Fryer Pork Chops are a fabulous way to make a quick and easy dinner in less than 10 minutes. These pork chops have a crispy exterior but tender, juicy pork inside. The only ingredients you need for these tender pork chops are seasonings of your choice and a little grapeseed or olive oil spray.

The best choice is a center-cut, thick-cut pork chop; however, thin pork chops will work too. We prefer boneless pork chops, but bone-in will work as well.
How long do you cook pork chops in the air fryer?
Pork Chops need to have an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F to be considered well done. This means a meat thermometer is necessary when preparing pork chops. Using a meat thermometer will allow you to cook the pork chops to the perfect temperature.

This is also very important because thin-cut, boneless pork chops will cook faster than a thick-cut, bone-in pork chops. A meat thermometer will make sure that you will get the correct temperature for any cut of pork chop.

These pork chops were cooked at 360 degrees F for 8 minutes.
How do you keep Air Fryer Pork Chops from drying out?
It’s best to flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time to avoid drying out. Also, keep grapeseed oil spray on hand to spritz the pork chops with to keep them moist.
Always use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
Pork chops are also best served fresh right out of the air fryer. Reheating can cause them to be dry.
What seasoning should you use?

Olive Oil Cooking Spray or Grapeseed Oil Cooking Spray can be used for these pork chops along with seasonings of your choice.
- Make it Spicy – Add cayenne pepper along with salt.
- Make it Sweet – Brush the pork chops with honey and add garlic powder.
- Make it Savory – Use Italian seasoning, steak seasoning, or lemon pepper.
Can you make this recipe in the Ninja Foodi?
This recipe can be made in the Ninja Foodi the same as the Air Fryer, but use the Air Crisp function.
How do you store leftovers?
Store the leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
When ready to reheat, heat in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes or until warmed through, spritz with oil spray. This is the best way to restore the crispy texture.

Air Fryer Pork Chops are a low-calorie dinner paired with green beans and air-fried potatoes. This is a wonderful weeknight meal to enjoy with the family!

I tried this with average thickness pork chops and it took over 25 minutes to cook to doneness at 360 degrees, and they definitely weren’t crispy. I turned the heat up to 425 for 5 minutes and they finally crisped up a little bit. I’m using an Elite, FWIW. Next time I’ll cook them for 10 minutes at 425 and see how they turn out.

I cook mine at 400F for 8 min, flip over and 5 min more. Regular thickness, boneless, seasoned and crispy.
