Can you put frozen meatballs in the air fryer without defrosting?

These frozen meatballs can be placed in the air fryer frozen, they will be warmed up and defrosted during the 10 minute cooking time.

Remember that this is using pre-cooked, frozen meatballs. Essentially we are just warming them up in the air fryer.

How long do you cook frozen meatballs?

Air Fryer Frozen meatballs are cooked at 390*F for 10 minutes, they can also be coated with grapeseed cooking oil spray to enhance the flavor and taste.

As always I do suggest checking on them around 8 minutes or so to be sure they are cooking nicely and do not overcook, remember all air fryers do heat differently.

Tips for Making Air Fryer Frozen Meatballs:

First, remember these can be made in your Ninja Foodi as well using the same method but the air crisp function.

Be sure that when you add the meatballs to the air fryer basket, they are even and none of them are on top of each other. Add the amount that you need or enough to fill the bottom of the basket.

Once in the basket, then cook for 10 minutes at 390*F. These meatballs can be served as an appetizer with sauce or mixed into spaghetti, which is how we typically serve them.

They can even be used on meatball subs or sandwiches as well.
