This can be made in the Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi using the Air Crisp function. It can also be done with more than one head of garlic if you have room for more in your Air Fryer.

It’s best to use a higher heat spray like Grapeseed Oil Spray to coat the garlic along with a sheet of foil to wrap it up in.
If this is the first time making this in your air fryer, be sure to check on it throughout the cooking time to be sure not to overcook it.
All air fryers heat differently, so it can take a bit to get the right timing for your particular machine.
How long does roasted garlic last?

This needs to be kept in an airtight container and typically will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
The garlic can be squeezed out for more minced garlic or crushed garlic, or left whole.
Can you use foil in an Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi?
Foil can safely be used in an Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi, but be sure to keep it rolled up on the sides to be sure air is circulating.

For this recipe, do not fully shut the foil over the garlic leave it a bit open on top.
Roasted Garlic is actually easier to make in the Air Fryer than in the oven, at least in my opinion. There is no need to preheat either, just sit it in the air fryer and let it cook for about 15 minutes!
