Get ready for an easy dessert with these Easy Air Fryer S’mores, simple to make gluten-free too if that’s a need!
Air Fryer S’mores may just be one of my favorite ways to make S’mores these days.
Of course, roasting marshmallows is a wonderful past time but sometimes it’s easier to make them in the Air Fryer or your Ninja Foodi. They can be made in either.
Can you make Air Fryer S’mores in a Ninja Foodi?
These can be made in the Ninja Foodi just the same as the Air Fryer, you would simply use the air crisp function.
In the Ninja Foodi, you can also use the “broil” function for 1-2 minutes to get the marshmallows nice and brown.
We found that 3 minutes at 390 degrees in the Ninja Foodi, plus 1-2 minutes on broil was perfect for browning the marshmallow.
Tips for Making Air Fryer S’mores:
When making these in an Air Fryer, you will first put the graham cracker just one side of it on the bottom of the air fryer basket. At this point, you can use gluten-free graham crackers too if that’s a need.
That’s the only swap needed to make these gluten-free.

Once you do that, you will add a marshmallow right on top. We found for our air fryer, 390 degrees for 4 minutes was perfect for our marshmallows.
If you are using a Ninja Foodi, you can set it to broil for 1 minute to get the marshmallow nice and brown.
If you are making these for the first time in your air fryer, be sure to keep a very close eye on them as all air fryers tend to heat differently.
I would start checking on them at 3 minutes.
If you want to, you can swap the Hershey’s Chocolate Bar with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup to make a Peanut Butter Cup S’mores, which happen to be amazing!
Does the Marshmallow get brown with Air Fryer S’mores?
If you prefer that the marshmallow is browner, add an extra 1-2 minutes.
The marshmallow will expand in the air fryer, keep that in mind depending on the size of the graham cracker you use.
Be careful when removing the graham cracker and marshmallow as it will be very hot, use silicone ended tongs.
Once it’s removed, add the chocolate and additional graham cracker.

Easy Air Fryer S'mores
Make easy Air Fryer S'mores either with regular graham crackers or gluten-free graham crackers.
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers or Gluten-Free Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Hershey's Chocolate Bar (Use 1/4 of a full size bar for each) or Reese's Peanut Butter Cup
Instructions
- Using a graham cracker, place half on the bottom of the air fryer with 1 marshmallow on top.
- Air Fryer at 390 degrees for 4 minutes. Watch closely as all air fryers heat differently. (Air Crisp Function of the Ninja Foodi)
- Once done, carefully remove with silicone tongs and add the chocolate and additional graham cracker on top.
- Serve.
Notes
The air fryer we have typically will fit 4 s'mores.
The first time you make these, check on them around 2-3 minutes so that if the marshmallows have moved you can carefully move them back over the cracker and get an idea of how long your air fryer will take to get the browned marshmallow.
If you are using a Ninja Foodi, you can "broil" for 1 minute at 450* to get them toasty brown after 3 minutes of Air Crisping.
