What ingredients do you need for Pillsbury Sugar Cookes in the Air Fryer?

- Refrigerated Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- Silicone Mat for the Air Fryer
The silicone mat is vital to making these, parchment paper can be used in place of the mat; however, the parchment paper can blow around during the air frying time, the silicone mat stays in place.
Reasons to Make Air Fryer Pillsbury Cookies:

- Easy to Make – There is no need to preheat the oven, plus you can make fresh cookies anytime you would like, saving the rest of the dough in the refrigerator for later.
- Crispy on the Outside – These cookies are cooked until they just begin to puff up, making the outside crispy but soft on the inside. It’s important to watch the cookies closely the first time you are using your air fryer to make them.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Pillsbury Sugar Cookies:

Use a silicone mat to line the air fryer basket. The mat does not blow around like a piece of parchment paper does. It is very important to always have food weighing down the mat or parchment paper, which means the cookies are placed on the silicone mat and then into the air fryer; no preheating is required.
It’s important to leave space around the cookies for air to circulate.
Always watch the cookies closely the first time you make these in the air fryer. All air fryer machines heat differently, even ones from the same brand, so there will always be a range in which they will be done. I would suggest checking on the cookies halfway through the cooking time. These can be made in any air fryer or Ninja Foodi.
The sugar cookies should be puffed up in the center. Once this occurs, turn off the air fryer and let them cool inside the air fryer for 5-10 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
