Tips for Making Air Fryer Gnocchi:
Air Fryer Gnocchi is ready to eat in just about 10 minutes. It’s easy to make in the Air Fryer, Ninja Foodi, or Ninja Speedi.
This is not made in a pre-heated air fryer, so if you make a batch and plan to make a second batch, then adjust the cooking time.
Using an oil spray is necessary to help it get crispy. We like to use Grapeseed Oil Spray due to the high smoke point, although olive oil and avocado oil do work well too, they are not the best ones to use due to the lower smoke point.
Coat the air fryer basket with grapeseed oil spray, then evenly pour the gnocchi into the air fryer basket, keeping it as close to a single layer as possible.
Cook at 390 degrees F for 10 minutes. It’s best to mix it up about halfway through the cooking time and add a coat of grapeseed oil spray.
The crispy air fryer gnocchi should be golden brown making it great to serve alongside your favorite sauce.
Remember to watch the frozen gnocchi closely the first time you make this as all air fryers tend to heat differently.
What sauce should you serve Crispy Gnocchi with?
The best part of making Air Fryer Gnocchi is eating it of course! This pairs well with marinara sauce and a dash of fresh or dried parsley flakes.
It can also be topped with parmesan cheese, sea salt, and garlic powder if preferred.
It can also be served with your favorite pasta sauce or alfredo sauce.

Leftover gnocchi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, place it on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 1-2 minutes.
