- Grape Tomatoes
- Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Salt
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray

How do you slice the steak?
When making steak-wrapped asparagus, you want to be sure to use a thin-cut steak, such as skirt steak or flank steak. This thin steak will then need to be cut against the grain.
The steak needs to be sliced into strips about 1-2 inches wide, it needs to be wide enough to wrap around the asparagus spears.

This is one of the most important tips when cutting skirt steak or flank steak. If you cut it with the grain it’s going to be very tough in your mouth to chew, against the grain allows it to follow apart and chew easier.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Steak Wrapped Asparagus:

- Choose thin steaks – thinner works better, so be sure to choose a thin steak or use a mallet and thin out the steak.
- Trim the asparagus to make it nice and tender on the ends!
- If needed, you can use toothpicks to keep the steak secure.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, only make enough to fit nicely in the air fryer with room around them to allow air to circulate. If needed make these in batches.
Variations of Steak Wrapped Asparagus:
- Make it Spicy – Add Red Pepper Flakes to make it extra spicy or drizzle a little bit of hot sauce too.
- More Herbs – Add more herbs like rosemary or basil to the steak too, and even more garlic as well!
Steaks will be best served fresh, so these will be perfectly served right out of the air fryer.
