Tips for Making Air Fryer Avocado Fries:

The avocados need to first be peeled and cut in half. Once cut in half cut each half lengthwise to make strips or ‘fries’. Set these aside and continue on with the rest of the avocados, this made about 24-30 avocado fries.
If you do not need that many just cut down the amounts.

Once this is done, you will want to go ahead and prepare each bowl of ingredients per the recipe card. Be sure that when you are dipping each avocado that you coat them fully with egg.
If there is a part of the egg that is not covering the avocado the breadcrumb mixture will not stick.
It’s also best to coat the air fryer with cooking oil spray and then coat the avocado fries again when cooking. This light spray of oil will let them brown up and not be floury.
I almost always use Pompeian olive oil spray and have never found it to be an issue; however, if you prefer a higher heat spray use avocado oil spray or grapeseed oil spray.
The process is simple but remember that if it’s the first time making these, be sure to watch closely as all air fryers heat differently.
- Use ripe avocadoes, not too soft but also not too hard.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer bakset, make sure there is room for air to circulate.
- Make them extra crispy with a light coat of olive oil spray!
How to store leftover avocado fries:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. When ready to heat, heat them at 375 degrees F for 3 minutes to bring back all that crunchy texture.

Air Fryer Avocado Fries are the perfect snack after a long day or to go along with your lunch or dinner. These have a great crispy texture with a creamy center, the perfect pairing and easy to dip in your favorite dipping sauce!

Is there anyway to make these KETO?
Kristy says
You would either need to do it without the breadcrumbs, or use a keto friendly breadcrumbs.
BillyRose says
Use ground up pork rinds in place of the bread crumbs.

what dip did you use? and also what amount of fries are considered 1 serving for calorie count purposes?
Kristy says
We did a ranch dip, the servings on this one are per fry, each avocado should make 8 fries. https://www.mommyhatescooking.com/how-to-make-homemade-ranch-dressing
