Ingredients for Air Fryer Blueberry Crisp:

- Blueberries
- Granulated Sugar
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Nutmeg
- Water
- Gluten-Free or Regular Old-Fashioned Oats
- Gluten-Free or Regular All-Purpose Flour
- Brown Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Unsalted Butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Ramekins
Step-by-Step Instructions:

- Add blueberries to a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl. Mix well to coat the blueberries.
- Coat four 12-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
- Evenly portion the blueberries into each ramekin.
- Using 1/2 cup water, evenly pour water over the blueberries in the ramekins, about 1/8 cup in each ramekin.
- In another bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and unsalted butter.
- Combine this well until it’s a chunky crumb topping.
- Add the topping evenly to each ramekin.
- Place ramekins into air fryer and air fry at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. If the air fryer is preheated, then decrease to 15 minutes. We were able to do 2 ramekins at a time in our air fryer.
- Continue for any additional batches.
- Carefully remove and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
