Make the easiest Air Fryer Dessert with these Air Fryer Apple Blossoms, easy to find at your local grocery store!
Do you love the taste of apple pie with that flaky pastry? If so, then you are going to love these Apple Blossoms. We picked these up recently at our local Trader Joe’s; however, you can find similar desserts at your local grocery store too.
What are Trader Joe’s Apple Blossoms?
This frozen dessert has delicious apples inside that have a natural sweetness along with a hint of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon sugar mixture.
These are a fully baked, frozen dessert found in the freezer section.
The best part is that these are already made and frozen, so the air fryer will simply be your means of heating them.
If you enjoy these then you will also love this Brazilian Cheese Bread, also found at Trader Joe’s. Here is a full list of the Trader Joe’s Air Fryer Recipes that I’ve tried so far.
How do you make Air Fryer Apple Blossoms?
Place the Frozen Apple Blossoms into the air fryer basket, then it’s time to air fry at 360 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
The cooking time will vary based on the heat your air fryer puts out, that can vary. We cooked this in a cold air fryer, not preheated. If you do preheat your air fryer, then you would want to take about 3-5 minutes off the cooking time.
The pastry should be golden brown on the outside and warm in the center.
The texture will be a flaky crust on the outside with a warm, tart flavor inside with the apples.
How do you add even more flavor?
The apple blossoms have a very tart flavor but it can easily be balanced with cold ice cream and caramel.
We prefer to serve ours with Cool Whip or Vanilla Ice Cream, then serve it with a drizzle of Caramel Sauce on top too!
These can also be topped with some extra brown sugar or maple syrup too or served as is. Think of it as an apple pie and what you would want on your apple pie.
How do you store leftovers?
If you expect to have leftovers, for instance, you only need one apple blossom, simply place the extra in a freezer-safe storage bag or container and place it back into the freezer until you are ready to reheat it. Then, go ahead and follow the instructions in the recipe card below to reheat.
If you have heated both apple blossoms and need to store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When ready to reheat place in the air fryer at 330 degrees F for 3 minutes or until warm.
Now it’s time to make the easiest dessert to pair with your dinner tonight! Enjoy these tasty Air Fryer Apple Blossoms!

Unfortunately, we do not have a Trader Joe here, but I will have to see if I can find something similar.
