Meatloaf
- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats Regular or Gluten-Free
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
Sauce
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Foil
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients.
Spray a sheet of foil with olive oil cooking spray and then form the meatloaf and place it on the foil.
Roll it up a bit on the sides so that it's still open but that air can still circulate in the air fryer.
Place in the air fryer.
Cook at 390*F in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
While it's cooking in a small saucepan, add all sauce ingredients and whisk until combined on medium-low heat. This should only take 1-2 minutes.
At 20 minutes, carefully open the air fryer and coat the meatloaf with the sauce using a brush.
Cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165*F or more.
Carefully remove and serve.
