Ingredients
  

Meatloaf

  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats Regular or Gluten-Free
  • 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt

Sauce

  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Foil
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients.
  • Spray a sheet of foil with olive oil cooking spray and then form the meatloaf and place it on the foil.
  • Roll it up a bit on the sides so that it's still open but that air can still circulate in the air fryer.
  • Place in the air fryer.
  • Cook at 390*F in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  • While it's cooking in a small saucepan, add all sauce ingredients and whisk until combined on medium-low heat. This should only take 1-2 minutes.
  • At 20 minutes, carefully open the air fryer and coat the meatloaf with the sauce using a brush.
  • Cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165*F or more.
  • Carefully remove and serve.
