Instructions
Begin by adding the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic to a large Ziploc bag.
Add the chicken to the bag and seal to coat the chicken with the marinade.
Let this rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Spray the basket of the air fryer or ninja foodi with grapeseed oil spray.
Once ready to cook, slice the chicken into chunks.
Place the chicken in the basket along with the vegetables.
Coat with grapeseed oil spray and a dash of garlic salt if preferred.
Air Fry for 15 minutes at 390°F, stir it about halfway through the cooking time, and coat with more spray if preferred.
Serve when chicken is at least 165°F internally, remember all air fryers heat differently, so add extra time if needed.
Serve with rice.

Olive Oil Spray will work too; however, Grapeseed Oil Spray has a higher smoke point.
