4Large Baking Potatoes
1/2TbspOlive Oil
1TbspRosemary
Sealed Ziploc Bag
Instructions
Slice the potatoes in half and lengthwise, then cut into smaller chunks.
Place the potatoes in the bag with the olive oil and rosemary.
Seal it and shake it up.
For less mess, line the air fryer with parchment paper or foil, then coat with a light glaze of olive oil spray. If using foil, be sure to roll it up on the sides so air will still fully circulate.
Pour the potatoes evenly into your air fryer basket, cook on 390°F for 20 Minutes. It's best to stir or shake halfway through the cooking time.
