Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Thin Cut Flank Steak
  • 1 Sliced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Sliced Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup White Onions Sliced
  • 1 Package Gluten Free Taco Seasoning
  • Grapeseed Oil Spray
  • Gluten Free Corn Tortillas or Flour Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Line the basket of the air fryer with foil and coat it with spray, or use spray only in the air fryer basket.
  • Thinly slice the steak against the grain, this should be about 1/4 inch slices.
  • Mix the steak with the peppers and onions.
  • Add to the air fryer.
  • Evenly coat with the fajita seasoning and grapeseed oil spray or olive oil spray.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on 390°F.
  • Mix up the steak mixture.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes until your desired doneness.
  • Serve in warm tortillas.

Notes

Nutritional information will vary based on ingredients and amounts used.
This recipe can be made with Homemade Taco Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning using 2 Tablespoons.
It can also be made with chicken, shrimp, or steak.
