Ingredients
6Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2CupShredded Bacon
1/4CupGreen Onions
Sour Cream
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Begin by preheating the air fryer at 390°F for 5 minutes.
Once done, carefully place the russet potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
Spray them with cooking oil spray such as grapeseed oil spray or olive oil spray.
Cook at 390°F for 40-45 minutes or until they are soft.
Carefully remove the potatoes, remember they will be hot.
Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out some of the insides to make a groove or valley in the potato.
Carefully place each potato skin back into the air fryer.
Top evenly with cheese and bacon.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes at 390°F.
Serve with additional toppings such as sour cream and green onions.
Salt to taste.
