Instructions
Slice the peaches and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl. Mix well to coat the peaches.
Coat four 12-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly portion the peaches into each ramekin.
Using 1/2 cup water, evenly pour water over the peaches in the ramekins about 1/8 cup in each ramekin.
In another bowl combine the topping ingredients. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and unsalted butter.
Combine this well until it's a chunky crumb topping.
Add the topping evenly to each ramekin.
Place ramekins into air fryer and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes. If the air fryer is preheated, then decrease to 15 minutes. We were able to do 2 ramekins at a time in our air fryer.
Continue for any additional batches.
Carefully remove and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
We used 12oz size ramekins to make these crisp, smaller ones can be used.If you only need 2 ramekins of peach crisp, cut the recipe in half or store the remaining 2 desserts in the fridge for up to 2 days. These should be covered with foil or plastic wrap. When ready to reheat, air fry at 340°F for 2-3 minutes.
