1PoundTop Round Steak or Flank Steak (Cut into 1-inch cubes)
2TbspOlive Oil
2TbspHoney
1/4CupOrange Juice
1/4CupGluten-Free Soy Sauce
1TbspOrange Zest
2TspGarlic Powder
1/2TspGround Pepper
1/2TspGround Ginger
1/8TspChili Powder
2TspSriracha Sauce

Instructions
Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, orange juice, soy sauce, orange zest, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, and Sriracha sauce. Whisk until you have a smooth marinade.
Add the cubed beef into the bowl. Coat each piece.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, best to do more than an hour or overnight to deepen the flavor.
If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water first.
Place 5 cubes on each skewer.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Add skewers, leaving room in between for even cooking. Cook in multiple batches if needed.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until you have reached your desired doneness. Cook the remaining batches.
Serve.
Notes
If cooking in batches, prior to eating, add all skewers back to the basket at 325°F for 1-2 minutes to heat.
