Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Top Round Steak or Flank Steak (Cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Zest
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, orange juice, soy sauce, orange zest, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, and Sriracha sauce. Whisk until you have a smooth marinade.
  • Add the cubed beef into the bowl. Coat each piece.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, best to do more than an hour or overnight to deepen the flavor.
  • If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water first.
  • Place 5 cubes on each skewer.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Add skewers, leaving room in between for even cooking. Cook in multiple batches if needed.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until you have reached your desired doneness. Cook the remaining batches.
  • Serve.

Notes

If cooking in batches, prior to eating, add all skewers back to the basket at 325°F for 1-2 minutes to heat.
