Ingredients
  

  • 4 Corn Cobs Trimmed
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Grated Cotija Cheese
  • Chopped Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Begin by placing the corn cobs into the air fryer, coat them with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Cook at 390°F for 10 minutes using the air fryer, be sure to rotate the corn halfway through the cooking time.
  • While the corn is cooking, combine the butter and mayonnaise with the juice from the lime.
  • Mix this well.
  • Carefully remove the corn once done and coat each one with butter and mayonnaise combination.
  • Add the cheese and cilantro evenly over the corn cobs and serve.

Notes

All air fryers heat differently, be sure to watch closely and add 2-3 minutes if not fully tender to your liking before serving.
