Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Cut the chicken thighs into chunks and place in the cornstarch mixture, stir to fully coat the chicken. If needed add additional cornstarch to fully coat it.
Coat the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, place the chicken evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air Fry at 390°F for 12-13 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165°F.
While the chicken is cooking, use a small saucepan and combine the honey, hot sauce, and brown sugar.
Warm this up on medium-high heat on the stove, whisk to fully combine the sugar until it dissolves. Remove from the heat.
Once the chicken is done, add it to a bowl and pour the sauce over the chicken, mix to fully coat the chicken with the sauce.
Serve with cooked rice or broccoli.
Notes
The amount of hot sauce is mild for this recipe, if you want it spicier, add additional sauce.
