Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha or Hot Sauce See Note
  • 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • Cooked Rice
  • Cooked Broccoli

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Cut the chicken thighs into chunks and place in the cornstarch mixture, stir to fully coat the chicken. If needed add additional cornstarch to fully coat it.
  • Coat the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, place the chicken evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry at 390°F for 12-13 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165°F.
  • While the chicken is cooking, use a small saucepan and combine the honey, hot sauce, and brown sugar.
  • Warm this up on medium-high heat on the stove, whisk to fully combine the sugar until it dissolves. Remove from the heat.
  • Once the chicken is done, add it to a bowl and pour the sauce over the chicken, mix to fully coat the chicken with the sauce.
  • Serve with cooked rice or broccoli.

Notes

The amount of hot sauce is mild for this recipe, if you want it spicier, add additional sauce.
