Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 3 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme. Mix until all spices are evenly mixed.
Make a well in the middle and add the egg, mix to combine.
Divide mixture into 6.
Shape the meat mixture on the skewer to look similar to a sausage.
Place in the air fryer basket and make sure they are not touching, you may need to do 2 batches.
Air Fry at 360°F for 8 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
The mixture will be wet, shape well to fit onto the skewers.
Other meats like ground turkey, ground chicken or ground sausage can also be used.
