Ingredients
  

  • 6 Metal Skewer Sticks
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Whole Egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 3 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme. Mix until all spices are evenly mixed.
  • Make a well in the middle and add the egg, mix to combine.
  • Divide mixture into 6.
  • Shape the meat mixture on the skewer to look similar to a sausage.
  • Place in the air fryer basket and make sure they are not touching, you may need to do 2 batches.
  • Air Fry at 360°F for 8 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

The mixture will be wet, shape well to fit onto the skewers.
Other meats like ground turkey, ground chicken or ground sausage can also be used.
