Ingredients
4Tilapia Filletsor White Fish Fillets
1TspPaprika
1/2TspSalt
1/2TspPepper
8White Corn Tortillas
Corn Salsa
2CupsCooked Corn
2Roma TomatoesDiced
1/4CupPurple OnionDiced
1/4CupCilantroDiced
1Lime
Optional
Fish Taco Sauce

Instructions
Coat the basket of the air fryer with olive oil cooking spray.
Place the thawed fish into the basket of the air fryer, top with the paprika, salt, and pepper.
Air fry for 12 minutes at 360°F.
While this is cooking, combine the ingredients in a small bowl for the corn salsa, cutting the lime in half and squeezing the juice over the corn salsa ingredients.
Once the fish is fully cooked, remove and flake it apart with a fork.
Build each tortilla with fish and top with corn salsa.
Place in the air fryer, place each tortilla next to each other using the sides of the air fryer to hold them up.
Coat them with olive oil cooking spray.
Air Fry at 360°F for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove with tongs and serve with sauce of your choice.
Notes
All air fryers heat differently, so watch closely when making it for the first time.White fish fillets, such as cod, will work too.
