Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Canned Chickpeas Rinsed and Drained
  • Cooking Oil Spray of Choice Grapeseed, Coconut, Avocado, Etc.
  • 2 Tsp Seasoning of Choice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas, use a paper towel and dry them out as much as possible, then add them to a bowl.
  • Coat with olive oil spray or spray of choice and seasoning.
  • Evenly place in the basket of the air fryer or Ninja Foodi.
  • Cook at 390°F for 10-12 minutes, check them after 6 minutes, be sure to watch these closely as all air fryers heat differently.

Notes

We use olive oil cooking spray, but the seasoning can vary depending on the flavor you prefer.  If you want something a little spicy use cayenne pepper or cajun seasoning.  If you want more savory, use garlic and herb or lemon pepper.
