Instructions
Begin by preparing the vegetables and cutting if needed.
While preparing, preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 360°F.
Once done, carefully coat the air fryer basket with a coat of cooking oil spray such as grapeseed.
Add all the vegetables into the air fryer basket.
Top evenly with seasonings.
Coat with a good coat of cooking oil spray.
Cook at 360°F for 20-25 minutes or until your desired doneness and crispness.
It's best to check on there after about 10-15 minutes to stir or shake up the basket.
Once done, serve.
