2TbspOlive Oil
2Tbsp Chopped Onion (Red Onion or Sweet Onion)
1PoundChicken Tenderloin, Cut into Bite-Size Pieces
2TbspRanch Seasoning
1tspSalt
1/2tspGround Black Pepper
1/3CupBacon Bits
10.5ozCondensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Gluten-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3CupMilk
1CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
16ozFrozen Tater Tots
Instructions
Coat a 7-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set Aside.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes until the onions are translucent.
Add the chicken and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Add the bacon bits and mix well.
Pour condensed soup and milk in and mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil, be sure it's fully secured so it doesn't blow around in the air fryer.
Place the pan in the air fryer covered for 10 minutes at 340°F.
Carefully uncover it after 10 minutes and continue cooking for an additional 12-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.Rewarm in a heat-proof plate in the air fryer at 340°F for 3-4 minutes.If needed use gluten-free cream of mushroom to make this a gluten-free meal.
