Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion (Red Onion or Sweet Onion)
  • 1 Pound Chicken Tenderloin, Cut into Bite-Size Pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Bacon Bits
  • 10.5 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Gluten-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 oz Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions
 

  • Coat a 7-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set Aside.
  • In a large skillet, over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the chicken and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  • Add the bacon bits and mix well.
  • Pour condensed soup and milk in and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil, be sure it's fully secured so it doesn't blow around in the air fryer.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer covered for 10 minutes at 340°F.
  • Carefully uncover it after 10 minutes and continue cooking for an additional 12-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Rewarm in a heat-proof plate in the air fryer at 340°F for 3-4 minutes.
If needed use gluten-free cream of mushroom to make this a gluten-free meal.
