Ingredients
  

  • 4 4oz Ramekins
  • 1 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free or Regular Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

To Garnish:

  • Brown Sugar
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Chopped Walnuts
  • Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is heating, combine all ingredients in order into a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the ingredients well until combined.
  • Coat each ramekin with nonstick baking spray.
  • Evenly pour the oat mixture into each ramekin, this will fill up 4 4oz(1/2 cup) ramekins.
  • Carefully place the ramekins in the air fryer to fit.
  • Air Fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until nicely browned on top. In the Ninja Air Fryer, it took closer to 12 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with garnishes of choice.

Notes

For Banana Oatmeal, replace the pumpkin with 1 medium sized banana and omit the pumpkin pie spice, add 1/2 tsp of Ground Nutmeg.
