1 1/2CupsGluten-Free or Regular Old Fashioned Oats
3TbspBrown Sugar
1/8tspBaking Powder
1/2tspSalt
1tspPumpkin Pie Spice
1tspGround Cinnamon
1/2tspGround Nutmeg
1WholeEgg
3/4CupMilk
1/2CupPumpkin Puree
To Garnish:
Brown Sugar
Powdered Sugar
Chopped Walnuts

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
While the air fryer is heating, combine all ingredients in order into a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the ingredients well until combined.
Coat each ramekin with nonstick baking spray.
Evenly pour the oat mixture into each ramekin, this will fill up 4 4oz(1/2 cup) ramekins.
Carefully place the ramekins in the air fryer to fit.
Air Fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until nicely browned on top. In the Ninja Air Fryer, it took closer to 12 minutes.
Remove and serve with garnishes of choice.
Notes
For Banana Oatmeal, replace the pumpkin with 1 medium sized banana and omit the pumpkin pie spice, add 1/2 tsp of Ground Nutmeg.Nutritional information will vary depending on toppings used.
